The List of Companies window displays the companies in alphabetical order with their related Products / Services and Categories. Entry locators and advanced filters make it easy to instantly locate the companies you are looking for.
Next to the company names small in-line icons  appear indicating various company attributes (eg. web links, e-mail links, representations, user notes etc.). By double-clicking over the icons a corresponding action is performed depending on the nature of the icon (eg. direct web link, direct e-mail, information on company notes, representation information etc.).
Finally, using the tools found under the company list box you can view the Company details card, enter notes for a specific company, print the company card or send the company to the Results Window.

List of Products / Services Categories

Hierarchical Trees

The List of Products / Services window displays in alphabetical order over 7,000 products / services  with their related Companies and Categories. Entry locators and advanced filters make it easy to instantly locate the products / services you want and their related companies.
For advanced search on Products / Services, press the "Set Filter" button on the top right of the screen. Select the criteria for the product name from the drop list (eg. begins with, contains any word, contains all words, containing text) and enter the text you are looking for. Optionally, use the Country and City check & combo boxes to limit your search to a specific country or city. When finished, press the "Apply filter" button.

Over 7,000 Products / Services have been classified into 190 Categories for your convenience. The List of Products / Services Categories displays grouped company information depending on the category you select. To navigate through the Categories list, simply type in the name of the product / service category you are looking for (you will notice that the text you are typing is be displayed at the top of the list) and press the "go" button or hit the tab key on your keyboard. The closest match will be highlighted and the related companies (below) and products / services (on the right) will be displayed.

The Trees window alternatively displays in an "hierarchical tree" format information, depending on the tree view that you select.
There are four different tree views available:
• Category > Country > Company (Default)
• Country > Category > Company
• Country > City/Port > Category > Company
• Country > Company
Simply click on the plus (+) symbol to expand a group or click on the minus (-) symbol to contract a group. To contract all groups press the "Contract all" button. To view the Company Details Card press the "details" button.

Multiple Advanced Queries

Query Results

The Multiple Queries window is a powerful database search engine wizard in 4 easy steps that enables querying the database by entering and selecting multiple criteria.
- Step 1: Select Products / Services (multiple selection available)
- Step 2: Select Countries (multiple selection available)
- Step 3: Select Cities (multiple selection available)
- Step 4: Run Query
Press the Run Query button to run the query. The query will be executed and Query Results window will open displaying the query results.

The Query Results window serves as a temporary data container with increased functionality and customization, since most of the printing and exporting is done from here. The companies are displayed in alphabetical order on the top list box with their related products / services (bottom left list box), while on the bottom right list box the related countries are shown with the number of company hits per country.

Use the "tag / untag"  button next to the Companies list to select / deselect the companies you want to print / export (or simply right mouse click over a company) and press the Print / Export button to print or export the results.

Print / Export

Tagged (selected) or highlighted records can be exported or printed by pressing the Print / Export button in the Query Results window. The Print / Export window will be displayed to determine the  print / export type.
Specifically from the Print / Export window you may:
• Print full company profile reports.
• Print summarized company reports (saves you paper).
• Print Mailing Labels (10.5 x 3.7cm)
• Automatically generate fax quotations for multiple companies with custom text messages for each recipient.
• Automatically e-mail multiple companies with custom text messages for each recipient.

World Atlas

The World Atlas window displays grouped company information and other useful information such as international Country and Area dialing codes depending on the Country you select.
